NOSE: The lightest phenol drifts over the nose. Quiet and barely noticeable unless looking for it. What it surveys is rather beautiful.

PALATE: A mix of light ulmo honey and mocha makes for the friendliest, beautiful delivery and follow through. The deft smoke drifts about without portfolio.

FINISH: Long, slightly fruity, with a balance of stone fruits and sherry influence, which linger delightfully before giving way to rich mocha and that final kiss of smoke.

BALANCE: Even people purporting not to like peaty whiskey will have a problem finding fault with this. A rare treat of an Irish.
