NOSE: Apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds open up to green cooking apples, warming to apple tatin, lightly spiced calvados caramel creme and a dark fruit compote.

PALATE: Freshly picked green apples, fruit sorbet, soft orchard fruit salad, raisins, figs and stewed dates from the PX sherry cask influence, all while with a base of sweet malt, light marzipan sponge cake and a splendid candied orange grace note we have come to expect from Dunville’s.

FINISH: Clean malt interspersed with vanilla panna cotta, dried tropical fruits, clove, oak spice and a lingering of PX sherry.
