Deanston Virgin Oak is a bright, innovative Highland single malt known as the waxiest expression in the Deanston range. Matured first in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for up to 12 months in toasted virgin American oak casks, this unpeated malt offers a distinctively zesty, sweet, and spiced profile—described by the whisky makers as "taking a lemon, dipping it into toffee, and coating it with a light dusting of nutmeg."
