WHAT IS GRACE DU ROI ROSE GOLD DEMI-SEC?
Grace Du Roi Rose Gold Demi-Sec is part of a range of Premium Sparkling Wines from South Africa’s traditional Wine growing region of Paarl in the Cape.
Grace Du Roi Rose Gold Demi-Sec uses Chenin Blanc as its base, and its flavour comes largely from the Cuvee (first press) of the grape – the result is a clean, delicate wine, with a gentle fruitiness.
HOW TO ENJOY GRACE DU ROI ROSE GOLD DEMI-SEC?
Best enjoyed when served chilled in a champagne flute.
Delightfully fruity wine with a Muscato character, and sweet berry and plum notes.
WHAT MAKES GRACE DU ROI ROSE GOLD DEMI-SEC SPECIAL?
Our grapes are specially harvested at night, in cooler conditions, to maintain their freshness. They are cold fermented at low temperatures for 21 days to ensure none of the grapes’ fruity flavour is lost.
We believe in keeping our blends separate to allow their distinctive flavours time to develop to their fullest before marrying into the Grace blend.
All Grace wines are naturally fermented.
Grace Sparkling wines have a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness. This balanced character is known as “The State of Grace”.
