WHAT IS BROOKLYN GIN?
Brooklyn Gin® is handcrafted one small batch at a time, using traditional artisan spirit-making methods. It begins with selecting and preparing the finest natural ingredients for a carefully honed recipe. Hand-cracked juniper berries and fresh hand-cut citrus peels are used to release essential oils and bring out the true essence and complexity of the ingredients. The time and effort that goes into crafting Brooklyn Gin® results in a superbly smooth gin that is fresh, complex, and flavourful with a long clean sublime finish.

Superbly smooth gin with fresh, complex and flavourful taste, and a long clean finish. Good enough to drink on its own, but also great in a Martini & mixed gin cocktails.
TASTING NOTES
Crisp with fresh citrus aromas with hints of lavender. You'll find complex layers of flavour on the palate that include fresh citrus notes complementing the herbal juniper flavour.

Brooklyn Gin® is inspired by the do-it-yourself mentality and the creative spirit in Brooklyn. This comes along with an appreciation for fresh ingredients, traditional methods and craftsmanship, which are the most important qualities of Brooklyn Gin®.
Brooklyn Gin® is crafted with a hand-operated small Christian Carl copper pot still and the herbs and botanicals are steeped in the neutral spirit before all ingredients are
distilled. Each batch is chill-filtered and then tasted before bottling. Brooklyn Gin® bottles are filled, corked and labelled by hand.
Brooklyn Gin® has been awarded with Gold at various Spirits competitions including the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2015 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition, and others.
